  Louie did a fantastic job on replacing the roof on our backyard gazebo. The old roof was 20+ yr old cedar shakes that were deteriorating.   Louie & his 2 man crew did a tremendous job in resurfacing our 25+ year old wooden deck with a composite one. Because of settling much leveling & replacing of some joists was required & completed with great precision, taking no short-cuts. We’re very thankful they were able to complete the job so late in the year (December) so when spring arrives we’ll be able to be on the deck  immediately. In addition to the main job of the deck they also did a fine job of installing some can lights in our kitchen & family room plus patching some cracks in the plaster walls of our nearly 50-year old house. We couldn’t have made a better choice in hiring Lenz Home Repair & Remodeling to help us spruce up our home. We’ll definitely use them for any future remodeling we may do.
